Sureal - Coney Island

To bring the excitement of a cutting-edge ride to the New Jersey shore, Sureal Entertainment needed a Virtual Reality experience that would captivate and exhilarate a vast spectrum of riders in an already saturated amusement park market. The Theater provided them with a high-tech product in which they could offer a huge selection of high-tech experiences to complement the old-world nostalgia of Coney Island. The crowds of the New Jersey Boardwalk are savagely seasonal, so in addition to the Theaters high-season summer home on the Boardwalk, it also needed to be utilized for additional uses during the winter months. The mobility, flexibility, and durability of the Theater allows Sureal to rent it for parties, special events, and tradeshows during the off-season. The full-season Theater has been a consistent profit-maker for Sureal, providing the Coney Island Boardwalk with a high-tech experience in the summer, and a stead-fast and rentable product during the winter.
